Admissions Process
The admissions process at Pilgrim Manor is personal and confidential. The process begins with:
- A personal tour of the facility where you'll receive the application packet and other helpful information about the Manor.
- Upon receipt of the completed application materials and the deposit, you'll begin the review process.
- Financial verification is initiated by our Business Office.
- You are notified by the facility regarding acceptance or denial of your application. If accepted, you may be placed on a waiting list.
- If placed on a waiting list, you will be contacted when accommodations become available. The Manor reserves the right to re-evaluate an applicant after placement on the waiting list.
- You are assigned to your new home and a move-in schedule is arranged. Room charges begin ten days after the room is ready and new residents are expected to move in within thirty (30) days of the room-ready date.
