History
Pilgrim Manor Retirement Community was founded in 1963 by members of the Congregational/United Church of Christ in West Michigan. The founding congregations believed that caring for seniors is a Christian responsibility. Pilgrim Manor began as a retirement home and evolved into a residential long-term care and skilled nursing facility. While we maintain a strong affliliation with the UCC and are the only UCC-related long-term care facility in West Michigan, our residents represent a variety of denominations.
